No. Rather than a traditional florist, we create just one unique style of bunch each weekday using the freshest and prettiest blooms available.
We usually post a pic of our 'tomorrow's' bunch on our Facebook & Instagram pages the afternoon/evening before. If we haven't posted as per usual, this would ordinarily mean we are just waiting on a fresh flower shipment to arrive before we can whip a bunch up to post that day :)
We deliver Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We DON'T deliver weekends except for Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day. If you have placed your order for delivery on a Saturday or Sunday we will deliver your bunch the next business day (Monday)
No, all deliveries are made between 12:30pm & 5:30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to provide specific delivery timeframes as all our deliveries are determined by the day's orders via the quickest possible route.
If your delivery is to a school
We do try our very best to ensure we deliver to schools prior to 3pm. If we are unable to deliver before 3pm, our friendly driver will contact you for an alternative delivery address. Please ensure you provide a mobile contact number when placing your order. If you could include an alternate address in the 'order notes' section during the checkout process would be greatly appreciated in the case we were unable to reach you.
If nobody is home upon delivery, the glitter bunch will be left in a shaded area closest to the front door at the provided delivery address. A friendly message will be sent to the mobile phone number, along with a photo of the flowers by the front door letting you know the flowers have been delivered.
The more information you can provide about the delivery location the better.
Business Address: please ensure you provide the name of the business
Residential Address: Please ensure that we will be able to gain access to the property. If the address is within a secure building or the recipient has dog/s, please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the flowers can be left.
We love our flower deliverers very much and won't put them in harms way. The delivery driver will not enter an enclosed yard with dogs who make them nervous. This is your responsibility to ensure the safe & secure delivery of the flowers. The driver will call/text the phone number provided on the order in this case. However, we cannot guarantee re-delivery or a refund if you do not respond within a reasonable time frame (30min-1hr)
Hospital Delivery: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible. Please also specify whether the delivery is for a patient or staff member. If it is for a staff member, please ensure you provide the department/unit they work in.
PLEASE NOTE: If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address or cannot gain access to the property/business, we cannot guarantee re-delivery or a refund. This is your responsibility. If your suburb is not listed, it means we do not deliver there at this stage.
We do not provide a refund for change of mind. You must contact us at least one day prior to your selected day of delivery to receive a credit for your order. We will pop your order on hold for you to redeem at a later date.
If you have placed your order after our 12pm cut-off time, your order will go out on our next delivery run. We will provide a credit if the recipient is no longer at the address initially provided when the order was placed (eg. in hospital or business address) We do not provide a refund in this case.
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address or we cannot gain access to the property/business or leave in an alternate safe place at the address, we cannot guarantee re-delivery. This is your responsibility to ensure delivery. Glitter Bunches will not offer a credit or refund in this case.
If your suburb is not listed, it means we do not deliver there at this stage. We will not offer a credit for you having selected the wrong suburb when placing your order. If you contact us after realising that you have selected an incorrect suburb prior to 11am on the day of delivery, we will offer you a credit for you to redeem at a later date if an alternate delivery address cannot be provided.
